Nigerians unimpressed as Lyta signs contract on the bed to join Naira Marley’s music label

Nigerian singer Opeyemi Babatunde Rahim popularly known as Lyta has joined Naira Marley’s music label. The news was shared on the Soapy crooner’s social media pages. Lyta’s music career started with Olamide’s YBNL Nation in 2018 but he exited the music label in 2019 due to contractual and personal issues.

The Worry crooner then signed with Doro Musik Gang where he released his Monalisa song. Lyta, however, seems to have also left the music label as he recently got signed with Naira Marley.

Taking to his Twitter page, Naira Marley shared a photo of Lyta signing a contract paper as a member of his label put him through the processes.

According to him, he is so excited to be joining Marlian Music. Lyta went ahead to appreciate Naira Marley, who he referred to as his president, for giving him the amazing opportunity to explore his talents.

Meanwhile, not many Nigerians were excited about Naira Marley’s addition to his music label, especially because of how he was signed to the label. The photo of Lyta that the Tesumole crooner shared on his Twitter page showed him signing his contract on the bed with no representative. Many shared how they would not want to be bothered if things go bad between them especially with the way they are signing the contracts.
