Wizkid and his fan base have come under fire when O2 UK acknowledged that Wizkid’s performance tickets were never sold out.

You may recall Wizkid’s FC bragging on Instagram and Twitter about Wizkid selling out London’s prestigious auditorium twice in a row.

They stated that tickets for his Made in Lagos concert at London’s 02 hall sold out within hours of going on sale on the website. They hurled shade at other musicians, reorienting them on why Wizkid is Big Wiz, as usual.

Wizkid, on the other hand, has now confirmed that the venue was never sold out and that tickets are still available. This confirmation came when Ayo Shonaiya, a media personality, lamented on Twitter that his daughter had spent an hour attempting to buy concert tickets only to be told they were sold out.

02 stated that, contrary to Wizkid’s and his fanbase’s assertions, the concert tickets are not sold out. The account’s handler informed Ayo Shonaiya that they would investigate the situation and determine why his daughter was unable to obtain the tickets.
